Experienced Power BI developer/Power BI admin ready for the next step in your career?

Role description

In this role, you will be mainly focusing on governance projects. The governance work includes many aspects but some topics that you will be working with are premium capacities, gateways, tenant settings, access management, report optimization, training, and guidance. If these topics interest you and you are already familiar at least with some of them, then this is the role for you! No worry if you are not familiar with all of the topics yet, we support your growth!

We do continuous governance work for our customers but also current state analysis, admin training, audits, governance models, and many other activities included in governance.

You can be either fully focused on governance projects or do development projects as well. Experience and interest in Power Platform as a whole is a big plus.

Responsibilities:

• Depending on your experience, participate or lead governance and development projects.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and retention by building strong relationships, providing proactive communication, and delivering exceptional service.
• Actively follow the market and technology development.
• Participate in pre-sales activities.
• Participate in the development of our productized solutions and offering.

Requirements:

• Minimum two years of experience working with Power BI in a productional environment. Existing experience in managing a large-scale environment and premium capacities valued.
• As the majority of our key clients are in Finland, you need a minimum B2 level of Finnish. You need to be fluent in English, both written and spoken. Our company language is English.
• Relevant educational background is a plus; Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science, engineering, business administration, or related field.
• Experience in managing and delivering IT consulting services is an advantage, preferably in the Microsoft data domain or other data platforms.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, stakeholders, and colleagues.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Passionate about technology, innovation, and Customer success, with a continuous learning mindset and a willingness to share knowledge with others.
• Ability to be employed in Finland (no relocation support or services available).

Our salary model offers levels based on skills and taking ownership. Your compensation will be discussed during the recruitment process based on the salary model. We strive to be an organization where everyone is supported to grow and have the opportunity to advance in their career. Expected compensation can be within the range of 4000-6500 €/month.
