Job Description: We're looking for an awesome People & Culture Lead to join our team. This role is brand new for us and super important in shaping and nurturing our company culture, making sure our values shine through in everything we do. You'll be in charge of all things HR, with a big focus on recruiting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment: Lead the recruitment process, from sourcing to interviewing and hiring top talent. Come up with effective strategies to attract diverse and qualified candidates. This is one of your top priorities for 2025.
- Culture Development: Strengthen a positive and inclusive company culture that matches our core values. Develop initiatives to boost employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
- Employee Experience: Be the go-to person for employees and management on all HR matters. Address concerns and resolve conflicts fairly and quickly.
- Training and Development: In close collaboration with our Team Leads, identify training needs and develop programs to enhance employee skills and career growth. Promote continuous learning and professional development.
- HR Policies and Compliance: Ensure we comply with all employment laws and regulations. Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures that support our goals.
Assisting roles
- Performance Management: Assist Team Leads and CEO in the performance management process, including setting goals, conducting evaluations, and providing feedback and coaching.
- Strategic HR Planning / Employer Branding: Work with senior leadership and marketing to develop and implement HR strategies that support our growth and objectives.

Qualifications:
- Solution-oriented mindset, with a proactive and optimistic approach to tackling challenges and getting things done.
- Proven experience in HR roles, preferably in a tech or consulting environment.
- Suitable academic background; degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships and work effectively with diverse teams.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage recruitment processes.
- Full working proficiency in English and Finnish.
