Data Advisor
Are you ready to build industry-leading Power BI / Fabric implementations? We are looking for a talented, learning hungry Data Advisor to join our ambitious, fast-paced team.
About the role
- The focus of the role will be in Power BI and Microsoft Fabric, but the exact tasks of the role can be adapted based on your skills & interests.
- Together with our other Fabric experts, you will be doing Fabric/Power BI development and consultation in industry leading implementations where we combine Fabric, Power BI and Power Platform tools in an optimal way to reach customer’s targets.
- In addition to implementations, Fabric/Power BI & Power Platform governance and training activities are part of the core of how we empower our customers, and we would hope to see you as a contributor in this domain.
- If you have a lot of domain specific competence in the analytics domain, we hope that you can use this to contribute to our product innovation process to possibly generate totally new product concepts together.
- You will also be contributing to the currently developed products and depending on how our product portfolio develops, you could act as a product owner of specific services.
Must-have's and nice-to-have's:
- Prior experience from Microsoft Power BI is essential; minimum two years of experience working with Power BI in a productional environment. We hope you are comfortable in working with large quantities of data and can leverage it for measuring the impact of digital processes in real-life scenarios.
- Prior experience working with data platforms (Fabric or others such as Databricks, Snowflake) and strong knowledge on data modelling techniques
- Strong ability to use different coding languages such as Python, SQL, DAX
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken as our company language is English is a must. In addition, as most of our key clients are in Finland, your Finnish needs to be on a level where you can work with Finnish data.
- Experience from managing and delivering IT consultancy services is a plus. Close contact with key customer stakeholders is vital to ensure that we understand their requirements and can help them take ownership of the Fabric based solutions we design together.
- Relevant educational background is a plus; bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, engineering, business administration, or related field.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, stakeholders, and colleagues are needed ‘to get the job done’.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- We hope you are passionate about technology, innovation, and customer success, with a continuous learning mindset and a willingness to share knowledge with others - because we as a team aim to positively contribute to the global community around Fabric and Power Platform.
- You need to have a valid Finnish working permit (no relocation support or services available).

You will be part of our Data team with 6 fellow data master minds. As an average your colleagues have 5-10 years of relevant experience each, so you’ll get to be part of an experienced group of experts.

Our salary model offers levels based on skills and taking ownership. Your compensation will be discussed during the recruitment process based on the salary model. We strive to be an organization where everyone is supported to grow and can advance in their career. Expected compensation can be within the range of 3500-6500 €/month.
