We are looking for a Senior Data Platform Engineer to help our clients design, build, and develop modern data platforms! Title-wise at FF the role is called Data Advisor.

As a Data Advisor you’ll work together with your FF colleagues and customer teams in interesting and impactful client projects. You’ll have a key role in designing, building, and developing modern data platforms and data-driven solutions.

What you’ll bring:

• Several years hands-on experience as a Data Engineer (or similar role) and strong understanding of modern data technologies and architectures

• Proven experience in

  • Designing and building end-to-end data pipelines

  • Working with modern data warehouses and data platforms

  • Data modelling and applying best practises

  • Understanding and contributing to data architecture-level solutions

• Ability to take ownership, make technical decisions and communicate fluently in Finnish and English

We also value

• Experience with Power BI and analytics consumption patterns

• Understanding of data governance and security

Your Technical Playfield

• Microsoft Fabric, Databricks or Snowflake (at least one is very familiar to you)

  • If you are not yet the most experienced with Microsoft Fabric, you’ll need a strong interest and readiness to adopt it as a primary platform)

• Microsoft Azure; E.g. Azure Data Lake, Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure SQL

• Modern data modelling methodologies

Our salary model offers levels based on skills and taking ownership. Your compensation will be discussed during the recruitment process based on the salary model. We strive to be an organization where everyone is supported to grow and can advance in their career. Expected compensation will be within the range of 4500-6500 €/month.
