
“What Makes Forward Forever Special?" We Asked Our People
At Forward Forever, understanding what makes the company a great place to work was the starting point for the newly established People & Culture function. In the first weeks, conversations with colleagues centered around one simple question:
“What’s great about working at FF?”
The answers were thoughtful, genuine, and surprisingly consistent. Here’s what was said:

1. It’s All About the People
This theme came up in every single conversation. Our colleagues describe each other as super supportive and approachable. There’s a true spirit of collaboration and friendship. We often work independently with customers, but everyone feels being part of the “FF community”.
But it doesn’t stop there. Alongside this supportive culture, Forward Forever is home to exceptional talent. Employees are proud to work with highly skilled colleagues and value the daily opportunities to learn, share knowledge, and grow together.
2. Meaningful Projects and Learning Opportunities
Our technology focus — Microsoft Power Platform tools — gives us access to a wide variety of projects. People love that they can choose projects based on personal interests – it’s possible to work in long customer projects but also take shorter assignments as well, and that their work brings continuous learning and new challenges. Variety and growth are built into the job.
3. Flexibility Without Bureaucracy
Another theme was freedom. Our people value the absence of unnecessary bureaucracy and the ability to work in ways that suit them best. Whether it’s from home, the office, a summer cottage, or even abroad (or a mixture of all of these)— everyone can choose what fits their life. Importantly, there are no mandatory office days; flexibility is truly supported here.
4. Shared Experiences Beyond Work
Culture doesn’t end at laptop. From company breakfasts to team outings and shared activities, employees have many opportunities to connect with colleagues outside of work. These experiences foster community and engagement across the organization.
