About the role

• Designing, developing, and deploying solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages, Copilot and/or Power Virtual Agents to our customers
• Providing guidance and best practices to other developers and business users on how to use the Power Platform effectively and efficiently
• Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to the Power Platform components and integrations
• Staying up to date with the latest features and updates of the Power Platform and sharing them with the team
• Collaborating with other teams and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business needs and expectations

Must-have's and nice-to-have's:

• At least few years of experience in developing solutions using Microsoft technologies
• Knowledge and experience with Power Apps and Power Automate
  • We are also interested to know if you have skills with one of the following: Power BI, Power Pages, Power Virtual Agents and/or Copilot
  • Expertise and interest in Power Platform Governance related practices, tools and processes is a bonus

• Experience in integrating the Power Platform with other Microsoft services such as Azure, Dynamics 365, SharePoint, Teams, etc is a bonus
• Experience from managing and delivering IT consultancy services is a plus. Close contact with key customer stakeholders is vital to ensure that we understand their requirements and can help them take ownership of the Power Platform based solutions we design together.
• We hope you are passionate about technology, innovation, and customer success, with a continuous learning mindset and a willingness to share knowledge with others - because we as a team aim to positively contribute to the global community around Power Platform.
• Good communication and presentation skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, stakeholders, and colleagues are needed ‘to get the job done’ both in English and preferably in Finnish
  • You need to have a valid Finnish working permit (no relocation support or services available).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Our salary model offers levels based on skills and taking ownership. Your compensation will be discussed during the recruitment process based on the salary model. We strive to be an organization where everyone is supported to grow and can advance in their career. Expected compensation can be within the range of 4500-6500 €/month.
